About Vogel Care

Vogel Care—VOGEL by D.R. Surgicare—is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of surgical instruments, medical devices, healthcare equipment, hospital solutions, and Medical Gas Pipeline Systems. Products are intended for professional, institutional, medical, and healthcare-business use.

Pricing & Quotation Policy

• Product prices may not be displayed publicly and may require an approved quotation request.
• Quoted prices may vary according to product specifications, quantity, customisation, logistics, taxes, duties, and destination.
• Unless a quotation states otherwise, applicable taxes, shipping, installation, and special handling may be charged separately.
• Vogel Care may revise or withdraw a quotation before payment confirmation where availability, specifications, pricing, or other material conditions change.

Order Confirmation & Payment

• An order is confirmed only after the required payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued by Vogel Care.
• Vogel Care may reject, hold, or cancel an order because of stock limitations, specification conflicts, pricing errors, payment concerns, regulatory restrictions, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• Payments are non-refundable after processing except where required by applicable law or expressly confirmed under the published Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, tax, licence, and contact details.

Product Specifications & Customisation

• Customer-approved specifications, drawings, quantities, sizes, configurations, and written requirements are treated as final.
• Customised, specially procured, engraved, configured, or made-to-order products cannot normally be cancelled or returned after production or procurement begins.
• Minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, packaging, or presentation may occur where they do not materially affect the intended function or agreed specification.
• The customer must confirm product suitability, compatibility, and intended application before placing an order.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Timelines may change because of product availability, manufacturing, inspection, transport, customs, regulatory clearance, destination conditions, strikes, natural events, or other force-majeure circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk, delivery responsibility, freight charges, insurance, and title transfer will be governed by the quotation, invoice, shipping terms, and applicable law.

Customers should inspect packages and products promptly after delivery. Visible transit damage, missing packages, or quantity discrepancies should be reported within 24 hours with photographs, videos, shipping labels, and delivery records.

Eligible manufacturing defects or functional issues may be reported within the seven-day reporting window described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Reporting a concern does not automatically approve a return or replacement; each claim is subject to verification.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Returns or replacements are considered only for eligible, verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect items supplied by Vogel Care, subject to the reporting requirements and verification process in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Used, altered, contaminated, improperly stored, damaged after delivery, customised, or made-to-order products are not eligible for return unless applicable law or written warranty terms require otherwise.

Intellectual Property

Website content, brand names, logos, catalogues, photographs, product information, drawings, documents, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Vogel Care. They may not be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Non-public quotations, pricing, technical documents, customer specifications, project information, and commercial communications are confidential and must not be disclosed or misused without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vogel Care is not responsible for loss arising from product misuse, unauthorised modification, improper sterilisation or maintenance, use contrary to instructions, unsuitable application, operational negligence, or use by unqualified persons.

Vogel Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-interruption losses where such limitations are legally permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Termination of Access

We may restrict or suspend website access, quotation services, accounts, or transactions connected with suspected fraud, unauthorised data use, abusive behaviour, security threats, policy violations, or unlawful activity. Appropriate legal or protective action may also be taken where necessary.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law and any agreed dispute-resolution terms, courts of competent jurisdiction in Gujarat will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms.

Amendments

Vogel Care may revise these terms to reflect changes in its products, operations, commercial practices, technology, or legal obligations. Updated terms become effective when published on the website unless another effective date is stated. Continued use of the website or services after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
