1. No Refund Policy
We maintain a strict No Refund Policy for all products sold through our website or other sales channels. Due to the nature of our industry — supplying medical-grade tools and equipment — all sales are considered final once processed and shipped.
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect order placement by the customer
- Delayed delivery due to courier or logistic issues
- Unwillingness to use the product after delivery
2. Replacement Policy
We take product quality and safety seriously. If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or not functioning as expected upon delivery, you may request a replacement.
Conditions for Replacement:
- The issue must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Clear photo or video evidence of the defect or damage must be provided
- Replacement will only be approved after internal verification by our quality assurance team
After 7 days from the delivery date, we will not accept any replacement requests under any circumstances.
3. How to Request a Replacement
If you believe your product is defective or damaged, please follow these steps:

- Include a brief explanation of the issue
- Attach photos or videos clearly showing the defect/damage
- Include your full name, contact number, and order details
Once reviewed and approved, we will initiate a replacement dispatch for the same item. No upgrades, changes, or refunds will be provided.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel an order within 6 hours only if it has not yet been processed, packed, or shipped. Once the order enters processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately via email or phone. Approval is subject to the current order status at the time of request.
5. Exceptions & Special Cases
In rare cases involving government-regulated recalls or critical safety concerns, we may act outside our standard policy. However, this will only be at the sole discretion of Vogel Care and in accordance with health and legal regulations.
